Sally Gault Blease age 69, of 510 West Calhoun Street, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017 at her home.
She was born in Greenwood, SC and was a daughter of the late Johnny and Alice Johnson Gault.
Mrs. Blease was a former employee of the Greenwood Mills Joanna Plant, co-owner with her daughter of Michele’s Grill in Clinton, and attended Community Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Smith; three children, Michele Morgan of Joanna, Theresa Nelson of Florence and Scott Wessel of Joanna; and a daughter by love, Angie Mitchell of Laurens; a brother, Roger Gault of Cross Anchor; fifteen grandchildren; and twenty three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two sons, Eddie Wessel and Robin Wessel; a sister, Ruth Kelley; and two brothers, Bobby Gault and Mack Johnson.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, January 29th at 2 p.m. at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
