Ruby Hedgepath Webb

Ruby Hedgepath Webb, age 94, of Clinton, widow of Comer Webb, Sr., passed away at NHC of Clinton.

Born July 7, 1931 in Laurens, SC, she was the daughter of the late Asbury Francis Hedgepath and Alice Louise Riddle Hedgepath. Ruby retired from the Torrington Bearing Company after 25 years of service and later served as a volunteer at Eastside Elementary School. She was a faithful member of Bellview Baptist Church where she served as a children’s Sunday school teacher and as a choir member.

Ruby is survived by her son, Comer “Sonny” Webb, Jr.; her daughter, Joyce Owen (Larry); sister-in-law, Shirley Webb; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Bellview Baptist Church with Rev. Darren Rood and Rev. Jeff Shiflet officiating. Burial will follow at the Rosemont Cemetery. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 1:00 -2:00 pm at the Church.
