Ronald Burley Medlin

Ronald Burley Medlin age 77, husband of Judy Nimmons Medlin, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026 at his home.

He was Born in Greenwood, South Carolina on June 29, 1948 and was a son of the late Burley Gray Medlin and Sara Frances Medlin.

Ronald retired from Timken in Honea Path and formerly worked at Torrington in Clinton. Electronics and fishing was his passion. He also worked with the Lollar family at Communication & Sound in Laurens. Ronald served his country and was a US Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

Ronald is survived by his wife Judy of 48 years, his two brothers, Ray Medlin of Laurens, Wayne Medlin of Fountain Inn; his sister, Kay Roth of Clinton; a special nephew he considered as a grandson, Sean Masters of Anderson and several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his twin brother, Donald Medlin.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Gray Funeral Home of Clinton from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
