Roger Leo Lambert

Roger Leo Lambert, age 77, widow of Sandra Hanley Lambert, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the home of his sister Robin, where he lived for many years.

He was born in Clinton, South Carolina on July 15, 1949 and was the son of the late Odell Lambert and Elise Tucker Lambert. Roger worked for Anderson Hoisery, Clinton Newberry Natural Gas Authority and Palmetto Mobile Homes over his lifetime. His favorite hobby was reading his bible and watching Jimmy Swaggart. He was a member of Full Gospel Assembly Church.

Roger is survived by his son, Shone Lambert (Meredith) of GA; his grandson, Christian Alexander Lambert of Joanna; his brothers; Richard Lambert of Woodruff, David Lambert of Cross Anchor, Bruce Lambert of Albany, GA, Gary Birchmore; his sisters, Robin James (Rick) of Clinton, Pamela Threatt (Thomas Cheeks) of Clinton; his niece, Alicia Whitmire, his nephew, Chad Whitmire (Marci), Chuck Threatt; his great nieces, Caroline Terminato, Jazzlyn Whitmire; his special friends and caretakers, Dawn Dunaway and April Geddings.

In addition to his parents and wife, Roger is preceded in death by his brother, Samuel Lambert; his sister, Robbie Birchmore; his nephew, Michael Threatt.

Private burial will be at a later date at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
