Rachel Lorene Blackwell Jennings, age 79, passed away Monday, February 5, 2024 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born July 2, 1944 in Laurens, SC, she was a daughter of the late Edmond and Vera Wilson Blackwell.
Mrs. Jennings is survived her children, Candace Holliday (Thomas) and Martin Jennings (Marcie); her five grandchildren, Rachel Holliday, Justin Holliday, Dollie Jennings, Daniel Jennings, and Annie Holliday; one great granddaughter, Layla Mae Harris; her sister, Pat Blackwell; and her sister-in-law, Jean Richardson.
A Graveside Service will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Pinelawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Mykel Hammond officiating.
The family will greet friends prior to the service from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the graveside.
Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is assisting the Jennings family with arrangements.
