Paul Eugene Davis

Paul Eugene Davis, age 83, of Clinton, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025 at Prisma Health Laurens County Hospital.

He was born June 7, 1942 in Laurens, SC, and was the son of the late Matt V. and Lizzie Marie Godfrey Davis. Paul retired from the Torrington Bearing Company and was a member of Victory Worship Center.

Paul is survived by his wife, Barbara Duvall Davis of the home.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia Rogers Davis; and his siblings, Jimmie Eddie Davis, Gaynell Davis Cunningham, and Sara Frances Davis Waldrop.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 23, 2025, 4:00 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with Rev. Jackie Bragg and Rev. Bob Tate officiating. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.

Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is assisting the Davis family with services.
