Mildred Gaskins Seegars, formerly of Fort Lawn, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Hospice of Laurens County.
She was born on April 13, 1924 and was the daughter of the late Mattie Massey Gaskins and John Franklin Gaskins.
Mrs. Gaskins was retired from Celanese Corporation and the State of South Carolina.
She is survived by her stepsons, Ronald T. Seegars (Wendy), Jerry J. Seegars (Cathy), and Timothy K. Seegars (Wendy) of Fort Lawn; her nephews, Frank Gaskins (Sheryl) of Clinton, SC, David Gaskins of San Francisco, CA, and Bill Gaskins (Martha Lynn) of Andrews, SC; her niece, Priscilla Gaskins of Owosso, MI; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Glenn Gaskins of Clinton, SC and Bobby Ray Gaskins of Rock Hill, SC.
A private service will be held by the family.
