Mable Belle Turner

Mable Belle Turner, age 95, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospital.

She was born May 17, 1931 in Greenville, TN and was a daughter of the late OL Turner and the late Ella Kate Turner. She will be remembered for her wicked sense of humor and her love of the Lord. She was a faithful member of Welcome Baptist Church, where she loved to worship, fellowship with her church family, and grow and walk in her faith.

Mable is survived by her sister, Helen Turner; sisters-in-law, Madonna Turner and Annette Turner, and her many nieces and nephews who were like her own children.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Katherine Lynn Cooper, her brothers, Calvin C. Turner, Max Turner, JC Turner, and Houston Turner, and her sisters, Maxine Lawson, Mary Bailey, and Annie Smith.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 1 PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Preacher Don Peake officiating.
