Lois Campbell Burden

Lois Campbell Burden, age 82, resident of Cross Hill, passed away, Monday, June 15, 2026 at Hospice of Laurens County.

Born July 19, 1943 in Clinton, SC, she was the daughter of the late Henry Allen Campbell and Myrtle Mae Garland Campbell.

Lois is survived by her daughter, Lisa Haltiwanger (John) of Cross Hill; her grandchildren, Jennifer Henson, Anastasia Dahmer, John Scott Haltiwanger, and Eric Steven Haltiwanger; her great-grandchildren, Little Lee Henson, Tyler Henson, Alex Henson, Alana Dubose, Harley Dubose, Johnathan Dubose, Benjamin Dubose, Christian Polson, Eli Haltiwanger, and Zoey Haltiwanger. Lois is also survived by her great-great grandchildren, Camden Creswell and Atlas Dubose; along with an abundance of nieces and nephews, and her beloved furry baby, “Itsy."

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Jean Taylor; her grandson, Gary Dock Mahaffey; and her siblings, Bud Campbell, William Henry Campbell, and Mary Nelson; and her dog, “Scooter."

A Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
