Lanty Mimnaugh IV, age 72 passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
He was born in Clinton, SC on October 31, 1951 and was a son of the late John Lanty Mimnaugh III and the late Jean Witherspoon Mimnaugh.
Lanty was a retired carpenter and member of the Fairview Presbyterian Church. He was a veteran of the US Army, US Navy Reserve and the US Air Force having served as a Load Master during Operation Desert Storm.
Surviving are two sons, Lanty Mimnaugh (Liza) of Fountain Inn, John Mimnaugh (Shelly) of Simpsonville; daughter, Chelsey Mahaffey (Brandon) of Gray Court; brother, Emory Dillon (Angie) of Clinton and eight grandchildren.
The family will have a visitation Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Burial with Military Honors will be held at Beaufort National Cemetery.
Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is assisting the family with arrangements.
