Joy Pace Brown

Joy Pace Brown, age 58, of 231 Bethany Church Road and widow of Joseph Myles Brown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 surrounded by family and friends.
She was born in Ware Shoals and was the daughter of Leroy and Ethelda Edmonds Pace.
Mrs. Brown was a member of Temple Baptist Church and was a former employee of Laurens County Hospital.
She is survived by her children, Monica Kafele, Tonia Fowler, and Ronnie Patterson; her step-children, Erica Brown and Joseph Brown, Jr.; her grandchildren, Selina Fowler, Danielle Montgomery, Austin Fowler, Mya Patterson, and Raegan Patterson; step-grandchildren, Heather Brown, Christopher Brown, Shawna Brown, Mason Williams, Korra Williams, and Vadin Williams; her brothers and sisters, Angela Raney, Jane Hollingsworth, Carolyn Edwards, Larry Pace, David Pace, Henry Pace, Dianne Hunt and Margie Kuykendall; and eighteen nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Bruce and Eddie Pace and a grandson, Isaac Harvey.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at 2 PM at Temple Baptist Church with burial in Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 1st from 7 to 9 PM at the Funeral Home.
The family will be at the home of Tonia Fowler, 705 Shands Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Relay for Life, 840 Mauldin Road, Greenville, SC.
