Johnnie Mac Dickert

Johnnie M. Dickert, age 78, formerly of 558 Philson Road, passed away July 19, 2013.
He was born in Whitmire and was the son of the late William E. and Mary Dill Dickert.
Mr. Dickert was a former employee of Bilo and was a US Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his son, Mark Dickert; his daughter, Ginger Pittman; his granddaughters, Summer Hoffman and Little Johnnie Pittman, a number of special nieces and nephews, and long-time best friend, Kenneth King and his wife.
He is predeceased by his wife, Dianne Spivey Dickert, a brother, William Lee Edgar Dickert, and two sisters, Ardith Lominick Sparks and Jurline Renwick.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 23, at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Whitmire followed by burial in Whitmire Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home in Whitmire.
