Jimmie Furr Vaughan, age 71, of 82 Crouch Drive, passed away July 24, 2016 at White Oak Manor in Newberry, SC.
She was born in Clinton and was a daughter of the late James Earl and Claudia Boyce Furr.
Mrs. Vaughan was retired from the Medical Field, was a member of First Baptist Church of Clinton and was the former Miss Clinton, in 1963. She was a former resident of Florida and Myrtle Beach, SC and came back to Kinards in 2007.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Cecil “Judge” Vaughan; her daughter, Andrea Vaughan of Kinards; her sister, Martha Buchanan of Pelzer; and her dog, Nero.
She was predeceased by her brother, Ted Furr.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 29th at 5 PM at the First Baptist Church of Clinton.
The family will receive friends before the service from 4 to 5 PM.
