James Stephen "Steve" Cline

James Stephen “Steve” Cline, age 74, husband of Carolyn Young Cline, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025 at his home.

He was born on May 17, 1951 in Laurens, South Carolina and was the son of the late Jim Cline and Carmen Riddle Cline. Steve was a former employee of Laurens Glass and retired from Avery Dennison after 32 ½ years of service. He was member of the Campbell Masonic Lodge and a member of the Sons of the Confederate Veterans.

Steve is survived by his wife of 54 years, his son, Mark Cline (Melissa) of Melissa, TX; his two grandchildren, Riley and Jackson Cline; his sister, Susan Burns (Maxie) of Laurens.

No services are being planned at this time.
