Jack Donaldson Fagan (Jackie) died February 6, 2014. He was a resident of Laurens County Disability and Special Needs home on Ferguson Street in Clinton.
He is survived by his sister, Harriet Timmerman of West Palm Beach, Florida; and a niece, Faith Norris of Laurens.
He was predeceased by his father and mother, Claude Fagan Sr. and Wreatha Lois Fagan and brothers, Claude Fagan Jr. (CV) and Alvin Fagan.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Infusion Worship Center in Lavonne Shopping Center, (Across From McDonalds) 202 Fleming St., Laurens, SC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Laurens County; PO Box 178
Clinton, SC 2932.
