Hazel Long Hastings

Hazel Long Hastings, age 81, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the NHC of Clinton.
She was the last surviving member of her family and she was a daughter of the late George and Carrie Bell Eubanks Long. She was retired from Torrington Bearing Plant and was a member of the Elizabeth Street Church of God.
Mrs. Hastings is survived by her two grandchildren, Casey Beaman (Travis Mahaffey) of Clinton and Justin Beaman (Lynlee) of Whitmire; her two great-granddaughters, Isabella and Carol Ann Mahaffey.
Being the last surviving member of her family, Mrs. Hastings is predeceased by her daughter, Carol Beaman; her sisters, Mildred Long, Ruby Lydia, and Doris Davis.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 4 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
