Frances H. Rowe

Frances H. Rowe, age 86, widow of James Donald Rowe, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born in Anderson, South Carolina on November 27, 1939 and was the daughter of the late William Oscar Harris and Mary Gaines Harris.

Frances was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a faithful member of Lydia Mill Church of God.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Lynn Anderson of Clinton, Karen Ann Wise and husband, Donald of Fountain Inn; two granddaughters, Tabitha Brooke Morgan (Joe Edwards), Stephanie Marie Edwards (Eric); three great grandsons, James Aiden Jordyn Edwards, Lukas Elijah Edwards, Ryland Hawk Edwards and one great granddaughter, Kairi Jayde Edwards.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Lydia Mill Church of God with Rev. Scott Wiggins and Rev. James Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemont Cemetery.

The family will greet friends the hour before the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00PM at the church.

The family would like to thank VIA Health Hospice for their outstanding care provided to Frances and their entire family. They would also like to thank Lynn Tumblin and Diane Griffin for the compassionate loving care they gave to their mother and grandmother.
