Dianne Rice Cunningham, age 62, originally of Clinton, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was a 1970 graduate of Clinton High School and a member of Bellview Baptist Church in Laurens, SC. She enjoyed cooking and doing crafts, and made friends everywhere she went.
Surviving family include her daughter, Stephanie Williams (Greg) Bankston; a grandson, Mason Bankston, all of Chattanooga, TN; a sister, Sandra Wenzl of Gilbert, AZ; brothers, Elbert (Tina) Rice of Houston, TX, Lowell Rice of Clinton, and Gerald (Pat) Rice of Clinton; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Lowell Laurence Rice and Gladys Bennett Rice; sisters, Laverne Rice, Sylvene Yarborough and Barbara Coker; and a brother, Douglas Rice.
A memorial service with inurnment will be held at Rosemont Cemetery on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 10 am. Friends and family will gather immediately following the service at the home of Gerald and Pat Rice.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may kindly be made to the Medical University of South Carolina’s Center for Drug and Alcohol Research Programs (CDAP) at http://www.cdap.musc.edu
