Cynthia "Cindy" Medlin Frazier

Cynthia “Cindy” Medlin Frazier, age 63, of Chappells, wife of Ricky Frazier, passed away, Monday, June 29, 2026 at her home.

Born January 27, 1963 in Clinton, SC, she was the daughter of the late Bobby and Betty McClendon Medlin. Cindy loved horseback riding, camping with family, and spending time with her grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Nanny Goat”.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, April Gaffney (Bubba), Crystal Gilbert and Ashley Bowles (Josh); her grandchildren, Bryson, Noah and Vada, CJ James, Nichole Smith, Sandy Murray, Judson James, Jackson James, Keirsten Bowles and Gavin Bowles; along with many extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Shirikki Leane Frazier.

The family would like to express special thanks to Marty, Shannon, Pam and Sandy for all their love and care.

A Celebration of life will be held at the home of Ashley and Josh Bowles, 4963 Highway 39, Chappells, SC 29037 on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
