Carroll T. Baker

Carroll T. Baker, age 78, of 250 Secluded Lane, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the North Greenville Hospital in Travelers Rest, SC.
He was born in Clinton, SC and was a son of the late Virgil Thomas and Mattie Marie Chasteen Baker.
Mr. Baker was retired from Clinton Mills with 40 plus years of service and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Clinton. He enjoyed playing golf and was a classic car buff.
He is survived by his son Gordon Baker (Jennifer) of Midlothian, VA; his step-children, Dianne Long of Clinton, Angie Groves of Laurens, Dee Miller of Union, Alvin (Sonny) Motes of Clinton; his brother, Jerry Baker (Jo) of Clinton; his sister, Shirley Hair (Bobby) of Joanna; his grandchildren, William, Coleman and Jackson Baker of Midlothian, VA; and his grandson raised in the home, Jacob Wilbanks.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd at 3 PM at First Assembly of God Church of Clinton with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends before the service from 2 to 3 PM at the Church.
The family will be at the home of his brother, Jerry Baker, 404 Randall Drive, Clinton, SC 29325.
