Bob Harvey, age 52 of 354 Riverside Chase Circle died Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio and was a son of the late Jessie F. and Katherine Campbell Harvey.
Mr. Harvey was an over the road truck driver and a US Navy veteran. He volunteered for service in Iraq as a fuel truck driver with the United States Government and he also was a volunteer with the Red Cross.
Surviving are his wife, Jacque Smith Harvey of the home; one son, Alex W. Harvey of Greer; two daughters, Erica G. Burkhead of Spartanburg and Sonya R. Edwards of Clinton; two sisters, Pam Schmidt of Greenville, OH and Mary Rusiecki of Newberry, FL and five grandchildren; Kelsey Edwards, Adrian Edwards, Ethan Peace, Summer Peace and Cole Peace.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, Dec. 20th at 12 noon at the Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton.
The family will receive friends the day of the service from 11:00 to 12:00 at the funeral home.
