Betty Jane Prater Nabors age 83, formerly of 119 Workman Street and widow of Louie W. Nabors, passed away Monday, July 15, 2013 at NHC of Clinton.
She was born in Goldville, SC and was the daughter of the late Lewie and Lillie Mae Prater.
Mrs. Nabors retired from Greenwood Mills after 34 years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church of Joanna.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Nabors Gaskin (Randy) of Joanna and Cathy Nabors Whitman (Tim) of Clinton; her sister, Marie Roebuck; and her grandchildren, Chadrick Warren Gaskin, Kimberly Whitman Shiflet, and Kyle Whitman; and two great-grandchildren, Ryan Siflet and Ashley Shiflet.
She was predeceased by a granddaughter Amanda Leigh Gaskin.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 17th at 10 a.m. at Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
The family will be at the home of Cathy N. Whitman at 228 James Davis Road in Clinton.
