Arthur Lee Gibson, Jr.

Arthur Lee Gibson, Jr., age 73 , husband of Lois Gibson, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026 at his home.

He was born on February 7, 1953 in Whitmire, South Carolina and was the son of the late Arthur Lee Gibson, Sr. and Betty Louise Collier Gibson. Arthur was a proud US Navy Veteran. He enjoyed fishing and bird watching and loved his two furry friends Lucy and Sugar.

Arthur is survived by his wife Lois of 14 years; his sons, John Paul Gibson of Lancaster, CA, Thomas Coffia (Allison) of Lawrenceville, GA; his daughters, Heather Lee Doyle of Cedar Rapids, IA, Karime Bryant (Alex) of Philadelphia, MS; his brothers, Wayne Gibson of Greenwood, Larry Gibson (Sharon) of Whitmire; his sister, Sue Wilkerson of Whitmire; his grandchildren, Octavia Bryant, Allen Doyle, Kynzie Doyle, Emmalee Doyle and many nieces and nephews.
