Clara Heaton Foster, age 73 of 1365 Shady Grove Church Road, died Tuesday, July 12, 2010 at her home.
She was born in Clinton and was a daughter of the late Early Edgar and Ola Belle Gambrell Heaton. She was retired from Walmart; Founder of The Little Mission; a licensed Minister and a former employee of Clinton Mills.
Surviving are her husband, Daryl Foster of the home, two daughters, Darlene (Tony) Sheppard and Dianne (Jimmy) Miller both of Clinton, step-son, Jared Foster of Simpsonville, three brothers, William Heaton, Walter (Carolyn) Heaton and Jerry (Lorraine) Heaton all of Clinton; two sisters, Cheryl (Walter) Allen of Clinton and Evelyn (Lonnie) Bradford of Columbia; six grandchildren, Melia Cartmell, Matthew Boyce, Josh Lyons, Jenna Lyons, Briana Foster and A. D. Foster, and five great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Jacob Foster, a sister, Mildred Polson and a brother, James Heaton.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 15th at 11:00 a.m. in Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Dianne Miller, 358 Randall Dr., Clinton, SC.
