James E. Smith, Sr.
James E. Smith, Sr. age 59, of 590 Phillips St., West Chase Apartments died Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at his home.
He was born in Clinton and was the son of the late Edgar and Martha Smith.
Mr. Smith was a retired construction worker and is survived by 3 sons, James E. Smith, Jr., Tommy Smith and Virgil Smith all of Cowpens; 3 sisters, Dianne Massingale and Geraldine Martin both of Boiling Springs and Carolyn Edgins of Woodruff; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was predeceased by his wife, Robbie Dianne Smith.
Services will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Rosemont Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
